The Urban Leaf was originally founded to support its partner Building Design firm to navigate the changing sustainability regulations and practices. For over 15 years, we've helped developers, architects and builders deliver technically complex, sustainable projects — from single dwellings to large multi-residential and commercial developments.
In 2026, we joined forces with Napoleon Energy — an engineering team originally established to support the sustainable developments of Napoleon Group, which grew to serve a wider network of sustainability-focused developers and architects who wanted real-world solutions, not just paper compliance.
Today, we're a specialist technical energy and sustainability consultancy with a clear mission: supporting Australia's transition to a sustainable, energy-abundant future.
